Your answer to the above question can be more important than you think. My name is Chad Ebbert and I would love the opportunity to be your landlord. I graduated from the University of Illinois in Finance in 2003 and started a local business.

Additionally, I also started investing in carefully selected local properties near the U of I campus.  Unlike many larger companies, I look at my tenants as my customers.  It is my goal to provide you a clean, quiet, and safe environment to live in, allowing you to focus on what is important to you. All of my properties are located on quiet side streets just off main throughways and within easy walking distance to campus or downtown Urbana.

As my tenant, if you have a question or concern I will be very responsive to your needs.  Most of my past tenants have stayed with me for multiple terms for this very reason.
